I truly love Sir Anthony Hopkins, he is a fine actor, and I never tire watching him. I have my favourites, like “Remains of the Day”, “Howards End” and as always “The Silence of the Lambs”. His talent has now turned to Classical Music, and his first album ‘Composer’ features nine of Sir Anthony’s original works performed by the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. You can listen to it in full using the players below.

In July 2011 Sir Anthony joined the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra on stage at Birmingham Symphony Hall to introduce a performance of his original compositions and scores from some of his best-known films. He has played the piano since the age of six, and has composed his own music for decades now. These are just 9 from a large collection.
